Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins with Self-Rising Flour

If you’re like me, you’ve probably found yourself with some ripe bananas on your counter! I knew I wanted to make some muffins, but I also knew I would have to use self-rising flour since that’s what I had. I found this great recipe on Pinterest and tried it out. Everyone loved them, and I will definitely be making them again in the future.

I modified the recipe to match our tastes, but the simplicity of this one from Kindly Unspoken is a winner!

    Thanks for sharing this! My husband is so picky about his bananas so I’m always having to put them in recipes instead haha
